Additionally, Bethany Beach offers some of your most luxurious homes in the region both on the bay side and ocean side. With its stunning beach, inviting atmosphere, and smaller community-focused culture, Bethany Beach is a great place to visit, invest and live.

Bethany Beach features a variety of housing options, including cozy beach cottages, spacious single-family homes, and luxurious oceanfront properties. Few condos but South Bethany Beach has a large community of condo buildings called Sea Colony that you can't miss. The average sold home price in Bethany Beach is around $1.4 million. Most of the restaurants and shopping are located in the South Bethany area and in town near the board walk.
 
North Bethany consist mainly of private gated communities on the ocean side and bay side. The town has a population of approximately 1,100 residents, with a significant increase in visitors during the summer months, attracting 100's of thousand tourists annually mainly from Memorial day weekend to Labor day.
