Fenwick Island offers mainly large single-family and townhome-style properties with just a little bit of condos in mix in this small beach town. In the town limits just over the boarder line from Ocean City, MD & Rt. 54 is where you'll find most of your restaurants, shopping, and amusements. Headed North towards Bethany Beach out of town limits you'll find mostly gated and private small communities on the ocean and bay sides.
Stepping over to the Delaware side in Fenwick Island your price point jumps a significant amount compared to its Maryland neighbor mainly because of less condo options and more large single-family waterfront homes. The big draw to Delaware is the super low real estate property taxes and tax-free shopping.
