The market in Ocean Pines is strong and steady with most homes still seeing multiple offers if priced fairly. You'll find some pretty unique homes like A-Frames, circular builds and some with quirky colors likes pink and or purple. A lot of clients like being out of the action from Ocean City, MD but can take the water taxi on over or drive their own boat to avoid traffic and pull up to their favorite tiki bar.
